I simply can't stress enough how vital fitness is for the unemployee. Hence, I'll be hammering it into this blog over and over again. I just stumbled on an interesting site called Random Abs that concocts a daily workout for you that uses NO equipment. You can do it anywhere and it costs nothing. Each exercise name is linked to a video showing someone doing that exercise using (I hope) proper form.
The only drawback of it is that it's totally randomized. In other words, it's not working your body like an integrated system and producing a specific training effect (e.g. strength). Who's to say what the workout is specifically designed to do for your body other than burn calories. But to work up a sweat, release stress and burn a few cals, it's not bad. Here's today's workout:
8 Pendulums + 10 Reverse Crunches + 20 Sit-ups + 24 Russian Twists + 10 Leg Lifts + 25 Elevated Crunches. X1.
Stumble It!
